Say it once.
We handle the rest.

TripKaro plans the whole journey out loud — live trains, real fares, door to door — and keeps watching it while you travel.

You said Can you check my PNR status? And where is the train right now?

One sentence, six modes

What that sentence actually returns

Fares, availability, seat counts, delivery windows — everything you would have opened five apps to compare. TripKaro reads all of it and hands back the one row it picked, with the reason it picked it.

You said Friday evening, Hyderabad to Goa, and I have to be at the hotel before check-in closes.

Example results for one journey, shown to explain how the assistant chooses. Rail is connected today; buses, flights, cabs, food and stays are in integration and are shown here as the assistant will return them. Live fares and availability come from each operator at the moment you ask, and the operator is named to you at booking.

Hyderabad to Goa, one conversation

The whole journey, not just the ticket

Anyone can sell you a train seat. The worry is everything around it: when to leave, what the traffic is doing, whether a platform change at the last minute costs you the train, and whether an auto is still there when you get in at eleven. TripKaro holds all of it, and rewrites the plan the moment one piece moves.

Talk the way you already talk

For travel businesses

Be the answer, not a search result

We are an assistant, not an inventory owner, so we never compete with you. Rail is live today.

One traveller, one sentence, and the request arrives at your inventory already qualified.

You are not a row they scroll past.
You are the answer they act on.

Three things you gain

Demand at the moment of decision

They are not browsing. They have said out loud where they are going, when, and what matters. That is the highest intent there is.

Reach beyond the app-installed

Nine languages, eight of them Indian, all spoken. That includes travellers who would never have completed a booking form in English.

Fill what others leave empty

Off-peak seats, odd hours, small towns. The assistant recommends on fit, so supply nobody searches for still gets sold.

Three things you never give up

No ranking against your own listings

We hold no inventory, so we never compete with you and never sell a position above you.

You keep the booking

The traveller transacts with you. Your brand, your rules, your customer relationship, your data.

Zero engineering on your side

Send the docs you already have. We write the adapter, we maintain it, and we absorb every change you ship.

  • LiveRailSearch, fares, seats, PNR, running status
  • OpenBusOperators and aggregators
  • OpenFlightsDirect and via distribution partners
  • OpenHotelsDirect or via channel partners
  • OpenCabs, autos, bikesCity and intercity
  • OpenFoodStation delivery, cloud kitchens, on-board catering

Send us your API docs

REST or SOAP, JSON or XML. We write the adapter, you build nothing. Sandbox in days. You keep the booking and the customer.

Privacy

What we collect, and what we never do with it

Written plainly rather than as a wall of clauses. India's DPDP Act makes us a Data Fiduciary the moment we hold your email, so this is the short version of duties we actually have.

What we collect here

Two things, and only two

To join this list: an email address, and a phone number if you give one. Used for a single purpose — telling you when TripKaro opens. What the app itself touches once you use it is set out below.

What we never do

Sell it, share it, or build on it

Not to advertisers, not to partners, not to anyone. It is not a product, and we will not make one out of it.

What you can demand

Deletion, in full, on request

Ask, and everything we hold for you goes. No conditions, no retention window, no form to chase. That is your right, not a favour.

And inside the app itself
One processor, and only one
To text you a verification code your number is passed to our SMS provider in India. They send the code and confirm it came back correct. Nobody else receives it.
Contacts stay on your phone
The app reads a contact only when you name one out loud while booking, so a ticket carries the right name. No address book is uploaded, copied or stored on our servers.
Booking messages, encrypted and expiring
Travel confirmations the app finds are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, filed under a salted hash rather than your name, and deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your messages never reach a model
The assistant is handed the PNR, which is a ten digit number. It is not handed the message the number came from.

Terms, refunds and who we are

The commercial half, in the same plain words

Prices are on this page, so the terms behind them belong on it too rather than three clicks away. Nothing here is written to be survived — it is the same short version as the privacy section above.

What you are paying for

A pack, not a ticket

A subscription buys the assistant: planning, voice time, and the watching. Tickets and rooms are separate — you pay the operator for those, at their price, and they are the ones who sell them to you.

Packs renew on the same date each month or year until you stop them. Prices include GST.

Cancelling

From the app, in one tap

Cancel whenever you like and the pack runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. No notice period, no retention call, and no reason required.

Nothing renews after that, and any trip already under way is watched to its end regardless.

Refunds

Seven days, no questions

Ask within seven days of a charge and we refund it in full, to the method you paid with, within five working days. After seven days a monthly pack is not refunded; a yearly pack is refunded pro rata for whole months not yet used.

A booking that failed is refunded by the operator, not by us — we will chase it with them and tell you where it is.

Your details

Two things, and what they are for

Joining this list keeps an email address, and a phone number if you give one. Used for one purpose: telling you when TripKaro opens. Never sold, never passed to anyone, and never used to advertise at you.

Withdraw whenever you like. Write to us and everything we hold for you is deleted — no conditions, no retention window, no form to chase. That is your right under the DPDP Act, not a favour.

What the app itself touches once you use it — contacts, booking messages, voice — is set out in What we collect.
